BILLIONS\u2122 BLR-698 pigment is a rutile titanium dioxide pigment produced by the sulfate process. It is recommended for a range of coatings applications. BILLIONS\u2122 BLR-698 pigment has superb dispersion performance, and provides excellent opacity and gloss to both water-based and solvent-based formulations.
